Use this page to prepare a structured artifact record. The public card stays compact, but the full record gives maintainers enough information to review fit, credit authors, and preserve metadata for future detail pages or artifact hubs. The current static site opens the prepared GitHub form so the same automated workflow can create the registry pull request.
